REQUIREMENTS

  • Shaft diameter tolerance: h9
  • dw tolerances combination:
  • 18 to 30: H6-j6
  • 30 to 50: H6-h6
  • 50 to 80: H6-g6
  • 80 to 500: H7-g6
  • Surface finish of Shaft and Hub: Ra ≤ 3.2 µm
  • Fitting surface free from any grease / lubrication oil / molybdenum disulphide base oil
  • Screw tightening as per recommended screw tightening torque.
